More Time supported a young person from Waythrough’s Education Centre with a six-week Facilities Management placement. They arrived anxious and quiet, unsure of what to expect. With steady support from their mentor, each small task – completing maintenance checks, organising equipment, taking part in toolbox talks- helped them slowly recognise their own capability.
At More Time, we help service users from our partner organisations through Waythrough to build confidence and develop essential life skills that aid their transition back into the workplace. With our guidance and support, those who have been through a difficult recovery period can once again become functioning members of society by returning to work as part of a More Time facility management team.
